These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the joinan platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You Must Be 18 or Older
joinan is strictly an adults-only platform. All players must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. joinan reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any point to verify age. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed and any balance forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one joinan account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name or payment method by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
Secure BDT Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses offered by joinan are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Full bonus terms are published separately for each promotion.
Self-Exclusion Is Available

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate operational effect.
Fraud Results in Immediate Closure
Any attempt to defraud joinan — including but not limited to chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, or providing false identity information — will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable under Bangladeshi law.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and joinan ("joinan", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing joinan.net, creating an account, or placing any wager, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the joinan platform.
1. Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to and use of the joinan Platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. joinan takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
18+ Age Restriction — Bangladesh Law. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. joinan is an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request certified copies of government-issued identification documents — including the National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission — to verify player age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is principally designed for and marketed to adult players in Bangladesh, including those located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other districts of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. joinan does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.3 Registration Process
To open an Account, you must complete the joinan registration form in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information including:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
- A valid, active email address to which you have sole access;
- Your date of birth;
- Your mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh;
- A strong, unique password of your own creation.
You must not register using false, incomplete, or misleading information. joinan reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason.
2.4 One Account Policy
Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts will be forfeited. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the situation before any wagering activity occurs on the duplicate account.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. joinan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify joinan immediately at [email protected].
3. Account Obligations
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide joinan with accurate, current, and complete information at all times. If any of your information changes — including your name (following legal marriage or deed poll), your email address, or your payment method details — you must update your Account profile or notify [email protected] promptly. joinan is not responsible for failed payments or communications resulting from outdated account information.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
joinan operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform. You agree to provide any documents requested by joinan as part of this process, which may include:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number).
Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used Approved Payment Method, subject to any pending withdrawal processing times. Bonus Balances that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
3.4 Account Suspension or Closure by joinan
joinan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- joinan has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
- The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7;
- A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied at the Player's request.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Approved Payment Methods
joinan accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additionally, direct bank transfers are supported through BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times
The minimum deposit on the joinan Platform is ৳200. There is no general maximum deposit limit, though joinan reserves the right to apply individual account limits at its discretion for responsible gaming or risk-management purposes. bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day to process.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawals can only be made to Approved Payment Methods registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on your Account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
joinan aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within standard banking timeframes. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time business days. joinan is not responsible for additional delays caused by the receiving financial institution or mobile money operator.
4.5 Currency and Exchange
All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joinan does not charge currency conversion fees; however, if your payment provider applies conversion fees on their end (for example, when using an internationally-issued Visa card), those fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.
No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. joinan will not accept deposits from accounts or cards belonging to a third party. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonus Terms
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
joinan offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts and any winnings generated from those bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 would require ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
5.3 Eligible Games and Minimum Odds
Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games and, in the case of sports betting bonuses, at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) per selection. The following game types are excluded from wagering requirement contribution unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- Progressive jackpot slots;
- Live dealer games (unless explicitly included);
- Any game designated as "excluded" in the applicable promotion's terms.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the Account, unless a shorter period is specified in the promotion terms. Any unused bonus balance and unmet wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled upon expiry, with no obligation on the part of joinan to reinstate them.
5.5 Bonus Abuse
joinan actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or any other behaviour that joinan determines to constitute abuse of the promotions system. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and any bonus-derived balances will be forfeited.
5.6 joinan's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
joinan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the wagering progress already made by players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification
All casino games offered on the joinan Platform — including video slots, RNG table games, virtual sports, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by joinan's game providers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and randomness of outcomes. joinan does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP)
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the respective game's information panel, accessible from within the game interface. RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on the joinan Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, league, and market in question. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with joinan's standard void-and-refund policy unless at least the minimum required amount of play has been completed to determine a result. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament betting markets are governed by the rules specific to those competitions as published by the relevant governing body.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, connection error, server fault, or any other error that affects the integrity of a game round or sports bet, joinan reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied across the Platform. joinan is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical error beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Dispute Resolution for Game Outcomes
If you believe that a game outcome has been recorded incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the game round in question by contacting [email protected] with your Account username, the date and time of the game round, the game name, and a description of the disputed outcome. joinan will investigate and respond within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). The outcome of joinan's internal investigation is final in the first instance; Players retain the right to escalate disputes through independent channels.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the joinan Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or misrepresentation of personal information.
- Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after receiving the corresponding gaming service.
- Automated betting software: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of card games, sports betting markets, or any other game of chance or skill offered on the Platform.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. joinan reports suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or otherwise exploit Platform systems.
- Underage use: Registering or attempting to register an Account if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your Account.
- Prohibited jurisdiction access: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, whether through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention method.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or abusive language towards joinan staff or other players in any communication channel connected to the Platform.
Zero-Tolerance Policy. joinan maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All suspicious activity is logged, reviewed by our security team, and, where evidence warrants, reported to the appropriate authorities under applicable law. Players identified as engaging in Prohibited Conduct will not receive advance notice of account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
joinan endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and events beyond joinan's reasonable control (including natural disasters, telecommunications outages, and acts of government) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. joinan will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform downtime outside of its reasonable control.
8.2 Cap on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joinan's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Exclusion of Indirect Losses
joinan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if joinan has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8.4 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, joinan and the Player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. joinan's internal dispute resolution process (as described in Section 6.5) must be exhausted before any formal escalation.
8.5 Amendments to These Terms
joinan reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address registered on their Account at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
8.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with joinan's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms applicable to any promotion you have opted into, constitute the entire agreement between you and joinan with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
